- • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for open roles across Megaport’s global teams, ensuring timely and efficient hiring cycles.
- • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- • Source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and talent communities.
- • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data with accuracy, ensuring all candidate interactions, feedback, and status updates are logged and maintained.
- • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating calendars for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, evaluation forms, and candidate summaries.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
- • Collect and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve time-to-hire, and support data-informed hiring decisions.
- • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing equitable hiring practices and ensuring inclusive job postings.
- • Assist with onboarding coordination by preparing documentation and liaising with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- • Maintain compliance with local labor regulations and company policies across all recruitment activities in APAC, Europe, and the Americas.
- • Contribute to employer branding efforts by sharing insights on candidate feedback and market trends with the Talent Acquisition team.
- • Support special recruitment projects such as campus hiring, internships, and diversity-focused hiring campaigns.
- • Update and maintain job postings across platforms, ensuring accuracy of role details, requirements, and application instructions.
- • Collaborate with global HR and Talent Acquisition leads to align hiring priorities with business goals and workforce planning.
- • Document and refine recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and scalability as the company continues to grow.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in talent acquisition coordination or recruitment operations within a fast-paced tech environment
- • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
- • Excellent communication skills, with experience coordinating across multiple time zones
- • Understanding of employment law and compliance best practices in international hiring
- • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate candidate records
