📋 Description

• Lead development teams to ensure sprint commitments are met and shape Praxent’s AI future by defining technical standards, guiding AI architecture, and enabling teams to deliver high impact AI solutions with confidence and consistency.
• Define AI architecture patterns, create reusable AI frameworks and playbooks, support presales with technical designs, coach teams through architectural decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to align AI initiatives with business outcomes.
• Praxent is a team of 160+ professionals across the U.S. and Central/South America focused on modernizing outdated customer-facing software applications for financial services clients, delivering ROI within weeks instead of months.
• You will elevate training and delivery quality by developing AI training programs, mentoring engineers, maintaining AI standards, and ensuring AI solutions are secure, observable, and production ready while growing as a technical leader in AI/ML systems.
