- • Write and schedule daily social media posts for Instagram, TikTok, and X targeting a B2C audience with human, on-brand copy.
- • Draft and send promotional and nurture emails and text messages using HubSpot or HighLevel platforms.
- • Maintain and update a 30-day content calendar, proactively identifying and flagging content gaps before they occur.
- • Design quick-turn graphics and short-form videos using Canva or CapCut to support social and email campaigns without relying on external agencies.
- • Respond to direct messages and comments across social platforms to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- • Track and report on key performance metrics including email opens, click-through rates, social follows, and video views using Google Sheets.
- • Generate and share a weekly performance recap summarizing engagement trends and campaign effectiveness.
- • Maintain clean and organized CRM lists by accurately tagging contacts for segmentation and future marketing campaigns.
- • Operate in a fully remote, async-friendly environment with ownership over content that reaches thousands of consumers daily.
- • Deliver first-month results by publishing consistent, on-time social content with engagement meeting or exceeding last quarter’s average.
- • Launch a B2C email campaign achieving a minimum 20% open rate within the first 90 days.
- • Build a unified Google Sheet dashboard that consolidates follower growth, email opens, and SMS click data into one view.
- • Identify and automate at least one manual workflow using Zapier (e.g., auto-tagging CRM records when new TikTok videos are posted).
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple deadlines, drafts, and platforms simultaneously.
- • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice and tone guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
- • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align content strategy with broader growth objectives.
- • Adapt quickly to platform algorithm changes and emerging social media trends to maximize reach and engagement.
- • Maintain a portfolio of at least two original content samples demonstrating proficiency in short-form copy and visual design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships accepted)
- • Comfortable writing short-form, human-sounding copy for consumer audiences
- • Basic hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- • Working knowledge of Canva or CapCut with a portfolio showing at least two content samples
- • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and content streams without errors
- • Fluent written English
