📋 Description
- • The Backend Engineer, AI at Deel plays a critical role in shipping features faster while maintaining quality and reliability by leveraging AI tools like Claude as a co-pilot in development workflows.
- • Day to day, the engineer will work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, Designers, and QA to understand requirements, use AI to generate and review code, build and ship AI-powered features and APIs, manage the full software development lifecycle, debug issues, and ensure high-quality, scalable backend systems that serve users across 150+ countries.
- • Deel is a globally distributed, fast-growing SaaS company with over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries, providing an all-in-one HR and payroll platform that has processed $11.2B in payments and serves clients worldwide, backed by a $17.3B valuation and recognized as a leader in the future of work.
