📋 Description

• Backend Developer - AI Trainer role focused on designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab project
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing and extending unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism; identifying edge cases and ambiguities; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs
• Anyone AI Inc. is a company recruiting skilled backend developers to contribute to AI training initiatives through expert evaluation work, operating as a fully remote organization with global talent
• This role offers the opportunity to shape AI training data quality, deepen expertise in software engineering task design, work on cutting-edge AI lab projects, and develop skills in peer review, test generation, and production-realistic scenario creation while maintaining schedule flexibility

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript with working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
