• • This role involves designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab, contributing to the development of high-quality coding challenges used in AI training and assessment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing and extending unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer submissions for correctness, clarity, and realism; identifying edge cases and ambiguities; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
