📋 Description

• This role involves designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab, contributing to the development of high-quality coding challenges used in AI training and assessment.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include creating multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and test generation; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing and extending unit and integration test suites; and reviewing peer submissions for correctness, clarity, and realism.
• Anyone AI Inc. is a remote-first company collaborating with top AI labs to advance AI capabilities through expert human-in-the-loop contributions, focusing on scalable, production-realistic software engineering evaluations.
• The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in software design, testing, and code review while working on cutting-edge AI projects, with flexibility to manage one’s own schedule and contribute to multiple vendors as permitted.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
