📋 Description

• As a Backend Developer at Anyone AI Inc., you will contribute to a project with a leading AI lab by designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks that help advance AI capabilities in code understanding and generation.
• Day to day, you will design and implement multi-file coding tasks involving bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring, and test generation; write clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; develop and extend unit and integration test suites; and review peer submissions for correctness, clarity, and realism.
• Anyone AI Inc. is a remote-first company collaborating with top AI research labs to improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated code through expert human evaluation and task creation.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in backend systems, software design, and testing practices while contributing to cutting-edge AI research; you’ll gain experience in creating evaluation benchmarks used to train and assess large language models for code generation.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
