• • This role involves working as a project consultant to design and evaluate realistic software engineering tasks for AI training purposes, contributing to the development of high-quality coding assessments used in technical evaluations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing and extending unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism; identifying edge cases and ambiguities; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
