📋 Description

• This role involves designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab, contributing to the development of high-quality coding challenges that assess bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring, and test generation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include creating multi-file coding tasks, writing natural-language specifications and reference implementations, developing unit and integration test suites, reviewing peer submissions for correctness and clarity, identifying edge cases, and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
• Anyone AI Inc. is a remote-first company collaborating with top AI research labs to advance AI capabilities through expert human evaluation, offering a flexible, project-based environment for skilled engineers.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in backend and full-stack development, refine your ability to design robust software assessments, and gain experience in peer review processes that shape AI training data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
