📋 Description

• • As a Backend Engineer at Deel, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the infrastructure that powers global payroll, HR, and compliance solutions for businesses operating in over 150 countries. Your work directly enables seamless, secure, and compliant payments to millions of workers worldwide, supporting Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to design, develop, and deploy robust backend features and APIs. You will participate in full software development lifecycle activities, optimize databases and systems for high-volume performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve platform reliability and scalability.
