📋 Description

• • As a Backend Engineer at Deel, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the infrastructure that powers the company’s all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, enabling businesses to hire, pay, and manage talent across 150+ countries with compliance and speed.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate in cross-functional teams with frontend engineers, product, design, and QA to develop and enhance features, participate in product planning from discovery to deployment, build and optimize APIs, improve system scalability and performance under high-volume transaction loads, and ensure exceptional customer-centric experiences through quality engineering.
• • You will join a globally distributed team of over 7,000 people spanning more than 100 countries and speaking 74 languages, working within a fast-growing SaaS company recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, and Deloitte Fast 500 honoree, backed by a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR.
