  • • As a Banking Relationship Manager at Skelar AS, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless financial operations for the company’s global portfolio of consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more. Your work directly enables payment continuity and regulatory compliance across international markets.
  • • Day to day, you will open and maintain bank, EMI, and VASP accounts worldwide; manage relationships with banking partners; coordinate KYC/AML processes with legal teams; maintain updated payment method databases and risk structures; and analyze banking landscapes in emerging markets to identify optimal payment providers and innovative solutions before business needs arise.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in finance at international companies, including banks, Big Four, IT, or fintech
  • • Practical experience opening and maintaining accounts in banks, EMI, or VASP
  • • Deep understanding of international payment systems and cross-border transactions (SWIFT, SEPA, multi-currency payments)
  • • Experience undergoing KYC reviews and interacting with bank compliance departments
  • • Ability to respond clearly and promptly to requests from banking relationship managers and compliance teams
  • • Understanding of basic AML principles and documentation requirements
  • • Attention to detail when working with documents and forms
  • • English proficiency at B2+ level for business correspondence with foreign banks
