📋 Description
- • The Battle Officer I role at Agile Defense is critical to maintaining 24/7 technical oversight of the Global Cyber Operations Center supporting Army CONUS and OCONUS theaters, ensuring mission-critical IT infrastructure remains operational and secure.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cyber assets, managing incident response, tracking outages, approving service interruptions, reviewing critical reports for accuracy, and serving as a senior decision-maker during off-hours when leadership is absent.
- • Agile Defense is a defense contractor focused on delivering adaptive innovation through advanced technology integration, elite talent, and agile solutions to support national security missions, with a culture rooted in speed, flexibility, and ingenuity.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in ITIL incident management, military IT operations, and cyber operations center workflows, while developing leadership and crisis response skills under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active in scope Secret Clearance
- • HS diploma or equivalent plus 1+ years of experience, or AA/AS degree plus 4 years of experience
- • 1+ years of experience in military operations (e.g., NETOPS/G3/S3/S6/TOC/JOC/SOC)
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Experience with Microsoft Office products
- • Willingness to work rotating shift work, including weekends and holidays
