📋 Description

• As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention at MeBe LLC, you will play a pivotal role in applying evidence-based strategies to understand and shape behavior in young children with autism and other special needs, directly contributing to their development and potential.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individualized skill and behavior assessments using tools like VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF; developing and overseeing customized treatment plans; providing parent coaching; delivering ongoing professional development to RBTs; and assessing child progress through rigorous data analysis to ensure interventions are effective and adjusted for optimal outcomes.
• You will work within a multidisciplinary team of ABA, OT, and Speech professionals who share a mission to empower families and communities through play-filled, research-based care, fostering an environment where meaningful impact and personal growth go hand in hand.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in early intervention ABA, strengthen leadership and training skills through RBT mentorship, expand your clinical and assessment proficiency, and grow professionally with access to monthly CEUs, tuition discounts, and a supportive culture that values transparency, compassion, and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA certification (Required)
• Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
• Ability to pass a background check (Required)
• Texas LBA license preferred
• Prior Payor credentialing preferred
