- • Serve as a Bellboy at Aethos Monterosa, providing personalized guest services that reflect the brand’s commitment to respite, wellbeing, and sustainable luxury.
- • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with warmth and discretion, ensuring a seamless and memorable first and last impression.
- • Assist guests with luggage transportation throughout the property, including to and from rooms, vehicles, and common areas, with attention to safety and efficiency.
- • Offer local knowledge and recommendations on dining, activities, and wellness experiences aligned with Aethos’ curated, community-driven ethos.
- • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all public areas under your responsibility, including entrances, lobbies, and concierge zones.
- • Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, thoughtful service.
- • Uphold Aethos’ values of sustainability by minimizing waste, using eco-friendly practices in guest service delivery, and promoting responsible resource use.
- • Respond to guest requests with urgency and empathy, whether arranging transportation, securing reservations, or providing assistance with special needs.
- • Represent Aethos Hotels & Resorts with professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of the brand’s mission to create spaces that restore mind, body, and soul.
- • Participate in ongoing training and team huddles focused on service excellence, cultural awareness, and the unique character of the Champoluc region.
- • Embrace a community-oriented culture where every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that improve guest experience and workplace wellbeing.
- • Maintain a polished, approachable appearance in uniform, reflecting the quiet luxury and understated elegance of the Aethos brand.
- • Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts, to ensure 24/7 guest support during peak and off-peak seasons.
- • Document guest preferences and service interactions in the property’s guest management system to personalize future stays and enhance loyalty.
- • Assist with special events and seasonal programming, such as wellness retreats, local artisan markets, or guided nature excursions, as needed.
- • Act as a steward of the property’s natural surroundings by promoting environmentally conscious guest behavior and supporting local conservation efforts.
- • Foster a positive, inclusive team environment through mutual respect, open communication, and shared commitment to Aethos’ values.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Bellboy, Concierge Attendant, or Guest Services Associate in a luxury hospitality setting
- • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian, French, or German are highly valued
- • Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly throughout the day
- • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
- • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with variable hours
- • Commitment to sustainability and wellbeing principles as core to daily service delivery
