- • As a Benefits Administration Delivery Specialist - Dutch Speaker, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless benefits administration for client employees across the EMEA region, directly supporting Strada’s mission to simplify international workforce management through people-first, technology-powered solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include resolving benefits-related cases, entering data entry in systems, collaborating with clients and third-party providers to address service requests and escalated issues, processing reports using Excel to ensure compliance with client plan rules, and contributing to process design and technology improvements through quality assurance, testing, and project participation.
- • You will work closely with Strada colleagues, client contacts to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services, while also taking an active role in process transitions from client to Strada offices and contributing to projects using standard project management disciplines.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in global benefits administration, strengthen analytical and problem-solving abilities, gain exposure to HR technology platforms like Benify and SHARP (SAP HR), and grow your impact in a fast-paced, international environment where your work directly influences employee experience and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
- • Dutch Language – C1 level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
- • At least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration/HR Administration/Payroll area
- • Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Strong attention to details
- • Good understanding of delivering an outstanding customer experience
- • Understands the project life cycle and deployment governance
- • High level exposure in fast paced environment
- • Great Time management skills
- • Experience in MS Office is a must
- • Very Good knowledge of MS Excel
- • Working experience in Benify or SHARP (SAP HR) system would be an asset
- • High level of self-motivation and proactivity is required
