• • The Benefits Marketing Analyst supports service teams in creating communication materials for carrier and vendor partners, ensuring client initiatives are executed precisely and flawlessly.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with sales and service teams to understand client goals for the RFP process, completing the carrier/vendor marketing process from conception to completion, organizing client census and plan design data, reviewing carrier proposals for accuracy, summarizing RFP responses into client-ready presentations, and working with General Agent partners for small group marketing outsourcing.
