📋 Description

• BI Analyst role at Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with tech products used by 10+ million people globally and recognized by Product Hunt, Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include building data-driven dashboards for business decisions, optimizing BI visualization performance at scale, developing and implementing data process automations, establishing BI development standards, and transforming business requirements into technical solutions.
• The team operates within Skelar’s Platform — an operational core supporting founders with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, and more — enabling focus on product while benefiting from a network of co-founders and top specialists, exclusive domain education, and a culture of knowledge sharing.
• In this role, you will learn to drive real business impact through data, influence BI strategies, grow expertise across multiple BI tools, automate analytical workflows, and contribute to meaningful social initiatives like the SKELAR Foundation’s veteran accelerator program.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in BI, analytics, or related fields
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
• Experience optimizing and automating data workflows
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and integrate them into a unified analytical system
• Proactive mindset with a desire to explore new tools and approaches
• Experience communicating with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing their requirements
