  • • Procurement Sciences is revolutionizing the multi-billion-dollar government contracting industry with Awarded AI, our advanced platform designed to empower businesses in their pursuit of government sales. We are dedicated to simplifying intricate processes, accelerating revenue growth, and delivering substantial cost savings through unparalleled operational efficiency. As a premier venture-backed SaaS company, founded by a team of seasoned experts in the Government Contracting (GovCon) sector, we are not merely observing the AI revolution; we are actively shaping it by tackling the industry's most formidable challenges. Our core philosophy, encapsulated in the "One Team, One Fight" culture, champions creativity, unwavering accountability, and forward-thinking innovation. We are actively seeking driven builders and innovators to join us in cultivating high-performing teams.
  • • Recognized among the top 10 percent of the fastest-growing SaaS companies and firmly on the trajectory to achieve unicorn status, we are committed to attracting top-tier talent. We invite you to become a pivotal member of our early-stage team, playing a crucial role in building the next generation of leading AI software companies. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a company that is at the cutting edge of technology and industry transformation.
  • • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI and Data Analyst to significantly enhance our internal understanding of product usage patterns and overall efficacy. You will collaborate closely with our executive leadership and Data and AI teams to conceptualize, design, and implement foundational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sophisticated monitoring systems. These systems will provide critical insights into the total product utilization, sales pipeline progression, and the overarching health of our business operations. In this pivotal role, you will assume ownership of the entire lifecycle of our product and sales data – from its initial design and implementation to its ongoing iterative improvement and strategic dissemination. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring this data is effectively leveraged for critical business decision-making across executive and cross-functional levels.
  • • Your contributions will have a direct and tangible impact on our product planning and roadmapping initiatives. By providing robust data-driven insights, you will empower informed decisions that significantly move the business needle, instill conviction in long-term strategic investments, and effectively address the needs of our finance and operations executives. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a talented cohort of data professionals, including Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers. Together, you will spearhead our data-driven decision-making processes within a dynamic and rapidly expanding SaaS ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape the data infrastructure and analytical capabilities of a high-growth company.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Define, refine, and champion key performance indicators (KPIs), critical product metrics, and comprehensive reporting frameworks that are essential for driving strategic decision-making at the highest echelons of the organization.
  • • Design, construct, and actively promote the adoption of authoritative, source-of-truth reporting tools tailored for finance, sales operations, and technical product executives, equipping them with the precise information required to inform and optimize their daily operational decisions.
  • • Establish the fundamental data infrastructure and analytical frameworks necessary to support the growth of our analytics team, thereby empowering cross-functional engineering and product teams to make data-informed decisions and facilitate rapid, experimental iteration cycles.
  • • Develop, deploy, and maintain insightful data visualizations and interactive dashboards that provide executive leadership with clear, actionable visibility into product performance, sales pipeline dynamics, and critical operational data.
  • • Proactively identify deficiencies or gaps within existing reporting structures and conduct in-depth exploratory analyses to uncover novel insights and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent.
  • • Collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders, presenting complex data findings with clarity, confidence, and a strong executive presence, adeptly navigating and answering challenging questions, even in the face of inherent uncertainty.
  • • Champion a data-centric culture throughout the organization, fostering an environment where data is a primary driver for strategic planning, operational improvements, and innovation.
  • • Continuously evaluate and iterate on data models, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies to ensure they remain relevant, accurate, and aligned with evolving business objectives and technological advancements.
  • • Partner with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility, contributing to the overall robustness of the data platform.
  • • Translate complex business questions into well-defined analytical problems, developing and executing appropriate methodologies to derive meaningful answers.
  • • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for data analytics and business intelligence at Procurement Sciences, helping to shape the future of data utilization within the company.
  • • Mentor and guide junior analysts as the team grows, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in BI, data analytics, and AI, evaluating their potential application to enhance our capabilities.
