- • As a BI Engineer at Syrve, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of robust analytical solutions. Your work will directly impact how various departments within Syrve understand performance, identify opportunities, and navigate challenges. You will be a key contributor to our data ecosystem, ensuring that reliable insights and high-quality data products are readily available to those who need them.
- • Your responsibilities will span the entire BI lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, to designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated data models and ETL processes. You will work with a variety of data sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility. This role demands a blend of technical prowess in data engineering and BI development, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • You will be tasked with building and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. This involves designing efficient data flows, implementing data quality checks, and optimizing performance to ensure timely delivery of insights. A significant part of your role will involve data modeling, creating logical and physical data models that support complex analytical queries and reporting needs. You will ensure that our data structures are optimized for performance, scalability, and ease of use by analysts and business users.

You will work closely with business stakeholders across different teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to deeply understand their analytical needs and challenges. - • You will be involved in the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports using our chosen BI tools. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our BI platform, staying abreast of new technologies and best practices in the field.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a BI Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role with a strong focus on developing end-to-end analytical solutions.
- • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
- • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and methodologies for data integration and transformation.
- • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.
- • Experience with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik).
- • Strong understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.
- • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
