- • This role is a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative for AAA Auto Club Group, providing emergency roadside assistance to members in distress. The position is critical to delivering timely, compassionate support during stressful situations, directly impacting member safety and satisfaction while upholding AAA’s reputation for reliable service.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to high-volume emergency roadside service requests in a call center environment, gathering member and vehicle details, determining service needs, communicating with contracted providers to obtain ETAs, entering data into the D2000 system, notifying members of arrival times, following up on service delays, identifying membership sales opportunities, and accurately closing out calls while maintaining detailed records.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 6 months of customer service experience
- • Fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual requirement)
- • Ability to accurately input information using a PC keyboard and navigate automated systems
- • Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- • Availability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
