- • You’ll join Capita’s Win Centre, a centralised, specialist bidding function supporting some of the most significant and complex public sector opportunities.
- • As a Bid Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex bids from qualification through to signature, working as part of a dedicated bid team led by experienced Capture Directors.
- • You’ll be responsible for managing the full bid lifecycle, ensuring bids move smoothly through governance, approvals and internal milestones.
- • You’ll coordinate cross‑functional contributors across Solutions, Finance, Legal, Delivery and SMEs.
- • You’ll drive timelines, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain momentum in high‑pressure environments.
- • You’ll work closely with Bid Directors and Capture Directors to support the overall win strategy.
- • You’ll ensure every submission is compliant, compelling and delivered to the highest quality standard.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing complex, high‑value, multi‑solution bids, ideally within public sector or similarly regulated environments.
- • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across senior, cross‑functional teams.
- • The ability to operate calmly under pressure, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- • A proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- • Experience navigating governance, approvals and structured bid processes.
