📋 Description

• As a Big Data Project Manager at Kyivstar PJSC, you will drive cross-business synergy initiatives across the KGL ecosystem, leveraging big data, AI, and digital platforms to unlock new revenue streams and customer growth opportunities in telecom, healthtech, ride-hailing, and e-commerce sectors.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and validating cross-functional opportunities, structuring and leading projects, aligning internal and external stakeholders, preparing business cases and presentations, managing end-to-end project delivery, monitoring KPIs and timelines, and facilitating workshops to accelerate decision-making.
• You will join a forward-thinking, expert-level team at Kyivstar PJSC, a leading telecommunications company in Ukraine, working within the KGL ecosystem to innovate at the intersection of telecommunications and digital services.
• In this role, you will develop strategic project management expertise, deepen your understanding of big data and AI applications in telecom and adjacent industries, strengthen stakeholder management and presentation skills, and gain experience driving innovation and commercialization of data-driven products and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, product management, business development, or consulting roles
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum project delivery approaches and cross-functional collaboration models
• Understanding of Big Data, AI/ML, and/or customer data platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-changing environments and manage multiple parallel initiatives
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
