• • The Bilingual Clinical Associate is a vital liaison between Devoted Health’s clinical services and its members, ensuring seamless care coordination and advocacy within the Devoted Medical interdisciplinary virtual and home-based medical practice. This role directly supports improved health outcomes and superior care experiences by helping members navigate a fragmented healthcare system, with a focus on compassionate, family-centered care.
• • Day to day, the Clinical Associate prepares members for telehealth visits through video onboarding, coordinates post-visit care including lab and imaging orders, manages durable medical equipment and home health services, communicates results to members, and supports care gap closure by working with PCPs, pharmacies, and specialists. They also provide patient education via welcome kits and outreach, and serve as an advocate during care coordination calls, all under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
