- • The Bilingual Clinical Associate - Medical Assistant is a vital role within Devoted Medical, Devoted Health’s virtual and home-based medical practice, responsible for supporting clinical teams in delivering high-touch telehealth and house call services to members, ensuring seamless care coordination and advocacy for older adults navigating the healthcare system.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing members for telehealth visits through video onboarding, coordinating post-visit care such as lab testing, imaging, durable medical equipment (DME), and skilled nursing services, tracking and communicating results to clinicians, managing medical record collection, scheduling appointments, and providing patient education via phone and portal to address care coordination needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • MA Certification (required); expired certifications accepted with verification via diploma/transcripts if no active certification
- • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- • Minimum two (2) years of patient-facing experience; telehealth experience is a bonus
