📋 Description

• As a Bilingual Commercial QA/QC Technician at ClearResult Consulting LLC, you will play a critical role in advancing energy efficiency and sustainability by ensuring commercial HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems meet performance, safety, and compliance standards across Texas communities.
• Day to day, you will conduct on-site quality assurance reviews and audits of energy efficiency upgrades, perform pre- and post-installation inspections, take airflow measurements, evaluate system performance, operate HVAC equipment for testing, and provide detailed feedback to program staff while traveling extensively across your assigned territory.

• In this role, you will develop technical expertise in commercial energy efficiency programs, strengthen bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, gain hands-on experience with HVAC and lighting systems, and build a foundation for career growth in the sustainable energy sector through access to on-demand training and professional development resources.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical certification/training preferred
• Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1-3 years of HVAC or equivalent mechanical experience with familiarity in lighting systems, controls, and energy efficiency technologies
• EPA Type-Universal certification preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assess a variety of systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Ability to work in all climates and commercial environments, including climbing ladders up to 24 feet and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age (company vehicle provided)
• Residency in McAllen, Laredo, or Corpus Christi, TX for frequent travel within the territory
