- • As a Bilingual Field Marketing Coordinator for Eastern Canada at Axis Communications, you will serve as a vital brand ambassador and operational hub for marketing initiatives across Greater Montreal, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada, ensuring consistent brand representation and seamless execution of local campaigns that drive engagement and business growth in a key regional market.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as the primary liaison between the local sales team and marketing functions, coordinating and managing all Axis-hosted and partner-led events, tradeshows, and conferences; overseeing the local Academy marketing plan for recruitment and communications; supporting co-marketing projects with channel partners; managing on-site operations at the Montreal Axis Experience Centre including guest liaison, visitor hospitality, facility upkeep, food and beverage logistics, and vendor relationships; collaborating with the Canadian Marketing team to adapt central initiatives with local relevance; and providing ad-hoc departmental support as needed.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced project management, stakeholder coordination, and bilingual communication skills while gaining hands-on experience in experiential marketing, event logistics, partner enablement, and brand activation within a global technology leader — positioning you for growth into senior marketing or marketing management roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both English and French (spoken, read, and written) is required to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across Eastern Canada.
- • Minimum 1+ year of experience in event coordination, marketing, or customer service, demonstrating proven ability to manage logistics, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
