📋 Description

• • As a Bilingual Incentive Specialist at CLEAResult, you will support the implementation and administration of energy efficiency programs for an Oregon-based nonprofit client, serving as a key point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking customers and contractors.
• • Day to day, you will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, educate customers on residential, solar, commercial, and industrial energy programs, document interactions, manage participant intake data, maintain trade ally databases, and coordinate documentation across internal and external teams to ensure program compliance and customer satisfaction.
• • You will join CLEAResult’s Program Team in Portland, Oregon, working remotely within a mission-driven organization committed to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy future, where a people-first culture emphasizes trust, accountability, transparency, and inclusion.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in energy conservation programs, strengthen bilingual communication and customer service skills, gain experience in data management and program administration, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and program effectiveness.
