- • The Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist plays a critical role in Globe Life’s New Business and Underwriting process by verifying life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers, ensuring accurate data collection that directly impacts policy issuance decisions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to verify and document applicant information, using the Quality Assurance database to assess needed verification, explaining the application process clearly, completing additional paperwork accurately, maintaining communication with management, transferring calls as needed, meeting departmental KPIs, and participating in special projects involving high-volume outbound calling and activity recording.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- • Superior customer service skills: friendly, efficient, and a good listener
- • Proficient use of computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office
- • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
