• • As a Bilingual Investment Services Representative at Interactive Brokers LLC, you will serve as a critical point of contact for clients across 200+ countries, resolving complex service issues related to trading, margin, and platform functionality while upholding the company’s reputation for excellence in global electronic brokerage.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing problem resolution for trade and margin analysis across cash and derivative products, assisting clients with trading platform operations, analyzing and testing systems for improvement, calculating commissions and interest, and collaborating with Client Service, Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance teams to enhance service delivery.
