- • Join TELUS Health as a Bilingual IT Business Analyst in a specialized payroll and accounting systems team, where you will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions that support the health and well-being of hundreds of thousands of users.
- • Day to day, you will gather and synthesize business requirements into functional specifications, collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to define and refine features, design intuitive solutions aligned with technical roadmaps, produce acceptance criteria and documentation, and continuously optimize systems through improvement initiatives.
- • You will be part of a cross-functional, experienced team operating with high autonomy and resourcefulness, leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis and delivery within a global-leading health and well-being provider focused on physical, mental, and financial health.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise payroll and accounting systems, gain hands-on experience with modern AI tools and Azure DevOps, strengthen your stakeholder communication and documentation skills, and position yourself for mentorship and leadership opportunities while contributing to long-term technical strategy.
