- • Own the full member lifecycle—from first contact through renewal—by acting as the initial resolution specialist for Individual Plan Members. Listen actively to uncover coverage gaps, premium concerns and life-stage changes, then translate those insights into tailored health-benefit solutions that keep members protected and delighted.
- • Drive retention and revenue growth by turning cancellation requests into upgrade conversations. Armed with deep product knowledge across all Individual Health lines (dental, drug, vision, hospital, travel, disability and critical-illness), you will educate members on the real-world value of staying with Medavie Blue Cross or expanding their coverage.
- • Master a consultative sales process that balances empathy with performance. Follow established workflows while injecting your own personality to build trust quickly over phone and email. Consistently exceed personal and team KPIs for first-call resolution, retention rate, upsell ratio and member-satisfaction scores.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting, Claims, Billing and IT to untangle complex issues and deliver seamless experiences. Escalate when necessary, but own the resolution narrative so members never feel bounced between departments.
- • Leverage cutting-edge CRM and telephony tools to document interactions, trigger automated follow-ups and surface data-driven insights that improve future conversations. Multitask effortlessly across multiple software platforms while maintaining laser-focus on the human on the other end of the line.
- • Champion continuous improvement by proactively identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements. Participate in weekly calibration sessions, peer-coaching huddles and monthly product-launch trainings to keep your knowledge razor-sharp.
- • Enjoy a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, plus the freedom to work remote, hybrid or onsite at the Moncton MBC NB Head Office. Wherever you plug in, you’ll receive real-time support from leaders who measure success by your growth, not your location.

Within your first six months you will complete the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) at zero personal cost—course, exam and licensing fees fully funded—then step into a role with uncapped commission potential on top of a competitive base salary.
