- • Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment processes for hospitality industry roles in the United States, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hires.
- • Conduct phone-based candidate interviews to assess experience, availability, and cultural fit for hotel and hospitality positions.
- • Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to maintain a robust pipeline.
- • Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to specific job openings based on role requirements and client needs.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in ATS/CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruitment workflows.
- • Simultaneously manage multiple open roles across various hospitality positions while meeting daily and weekly hiring metrics.
- • Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish with candidates and internal teams to facilitate seamless hiring processes.
- • Coordinate scheduling for interviews and follow-ups, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, provide status updates, and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
- • Adhere to performance benchmarks and recruitment KPIs to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition outcomes.
- • Work within a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, to align with U.S.-based operations and client needs.
- • Operate in a fully remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity, accountability, and responsiveness.
- • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to track candidate progress, manage pipelines, and report on hiring metrics.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards in both U.S. and international hiring contexts.
- • Proactively identify challenges in the hiring process and implement solutions to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting
- • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- • Experience in high call-volume environments
- • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- • Experience with ATS systems (UKG, Paycom, or similar is a plus)
