📋 Description

• • As a Bilingual Sr Business Analyst, Web Portal, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex client needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value for TELUS Health’s web-based portals supporting Defined Benefits programs.
• • Day to day, you will partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into detailed technical specifications, support the design and development of web portal solutions, ensure user-friendliness and accessibility (WCAG), coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), contribute to release documentation, and manage priorities across multiple projects with tight timelines.
• • You will join a collaborative, innovative team of business analysts, developers, and client specialists focused on delivering high-quality digital experiences, working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment with opportunities to partner with offshore resources and contribute to meaningful health and well-being technology solutions.
