Billing Analyst

📋 Description

• • The Billing Analyst role at Monks is critical to ensuring accurate revenue recognition and efficient billing operations, directly supporting the company’s financial integrity and scalability as a global digital-first marketing and technology services leader.
• • Day to day, the analyst will review contracts, insertion orders, and statements of work for compliance with approval processes and IFRS15 standards; collaborate with business and delivery teams to align revenue scheduling and resolve proof of delivery discrepancies; reconcile COGS accruals and bills monthly to ensure accurate net revenue reporting; develop and maintain performance metrics for senior leadership; identify process improvements; and assist with ad hoc projects to enhance billing and accounting efficiency.
