• • In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the Billing department, directly impacting our ability to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of critical tasks, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of our billing processes for both residents and clients. You will be a key contributor to the accurate and complete billing for all submetered utilities, ensuring that our clients and their tenants receive precise and timely statements.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve the meticulous processing of Large Distribution Company (LDC) Bulk Bills. This requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of utility rate structures, and the ability to reconcile complex data to ensure accuracy. You will be responsible for ensuring these bills are processed promptly, preventing any potential service disruptions or financial discrepancies. Furthermore, you will manage the timely and accurate processing of Client Remittances, ensuring that payments are correctly applied and reconciled, maintaining strong financial controls and client satisfaction.
• • You will actively participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes for the billing cycle, contributing to the generation of accurate financial reports. This includes preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with variance analysis. Your work will directly support the financial health and operational efficiency of the company. You will also be involved in the analysis of billing data, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. This analytical component of the role is crucial for optimizing our billing systems and enhancing overall departmental performance.
