📋 Description
- • As a Sachverständiger für Immobilienbewertung (m/w/d) at Scout24 SE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of property valuations across Germany, supporting Sprengnetter’s mission to make real estate assessment safer and more efficient since 1978.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting plausibility checks on market and loan valuations, ensuring correct application of valuation methodologies, documenting quality issues, developing improvement proposals, independently preparing valuations for various property types, researching and analyzing comparable market data, collaborating on complex valuation projects in teams, maintaining quality databases, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- • You will join Sprengnetter, a subsidiary of Scout24 SE since 2023, which employs over 200 professionals and sets industry standards in real estate valuation through innovative software, current market data, professional services, specialist literature, and extensive training offerings via the Sprengnetter Akademie, with operations extending to Austria and Italy.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in advanced valuation methods, strengthen your analytical and documentation skills, contribute to process optimization and quality assurance initiatives, gain experience with AI tools for productivity enhancement, and grow professionally within a supportive, diverse, and inclusive team environment that values continuous learning and independent work.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification; alternatively, completed vocational training in real estate or finance with willingness to pursue further education
- • Certification according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 or eligibility to obtain it
- • Relevant professional experience in property valuation, including solid knowledge of market and loan value determination
- • Analytical thinking, high attention to detail, strong quality awareness, and resilience
- • Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
- • Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software
