📋 Description

• The Billing Coordinator manages and evaluates a large volume of accounts with complex billing requirements, ensuring accuracy to guarantee company revenue and maintain financial integrity.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing approximately 10,000 accounts with $2.5 million in monthly revenue, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of customer charges, creating customized invoices in PDF and Excel formats, researching and resolving invoicing disputes, processing manual A/R adjustments, analyzing and reconciling complex transactions, collaborating with the Collections team to resolve billing issues, and responding to requests via multiple ticketing systems.
