• • The Billing & Posting Resolution Provider at TruBridge plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and insurance claim processing for healthcare clients, directly impacting revenue cycle efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• • Day to day responsibilities include coordinating business office functions such as patient billing, credit and collections, data entry, and third-party payer relations; implementing controls for accurate submission and follow-up on overdue accounts; assisting with backlog billing projects and new contract implementation; reviewing claims for correct edits; and filling in as a biller when needed.
