• • The Billing Specialist role at RSM US LLP supports the billing function to ensure timely billing and collection of fees for professional services, playing a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy and client satisfaction.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include initiating monthly billing processes with Work In Progress (WIP) owners, analyzing and reconciling WIP reserves and contract compliance, maintaining client billing records, preparing invoices based on contract terms, reconciling time and expense reports, conducting profitability analysis, utilizing internal systems for reporting, preparing budget and ad hoc reports, and supporting special projects as assigned.
