• • As Billing Support Team Lead at TENTENS Tech, you will own end-to-end billing quality, ensuring correctness in refunds, chargebacks, fraud cases, and risk management while driving process stability and business results.
• • Day to day, you will lead quality improvement initiatives by identifying systemic issues, conducting training, updating SOPs, building automation logic, exploring AI use cases, and contributing to technical roadmaps through cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, finance, and risk teams.
• • You will join a remote-first, high-performance team of 250+ at TENTENS Tech, a partner IT company of Skelar AS, where everyone operates like a CEO in their role, focused on maximum impact and continuous improvement in social discovery platforms serving over 20 million users globally.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in billing operations, process optimization, AI-driven efficiency, and cross-functional influence, while reducing financial losses, errors, and escalations and improving customer experience through scalable QC systems and team growth.
