- • As a Billings Coordinator in the Finance team at Inizio Engage, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing while supporting internal and external stakeholders with financial processes related to project delivery.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the Billings team, Commercial Finance, and Project Leads to resolve billing queries, verifying client delivery confirmations before invoicing, setting up new clients with the Master Data Team, reviewing project setups for accuracy, training new project leads, managing shared mailboxes, and continuously improving billing processes for efficiency.
- • You will join a dynamic and values-driven organization that specializes in creating impactful employee engagement, learning, and scientific communication experiences through brands like Emota, Forty1, and Nazarè, all grounded in applied behavioural science.
- • In this role, you will develop strong financial administration skills, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment, and build expertise in client billing processes, documentation management, and process improvement—laying a foundation for growth in finance or accounting functions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle
- • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or transferable skills
- • Experience working with finance documents related to client billings
- • Experience communicating effectively at all levels
- • Experience working to deadlines and handling urgent finance tasks
- • Numeracy and commercial awareness
