📋 Description

• The Binance Accelerator Program - Backend Engineer (KYC team) is a fixed-term opportunity for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience in blockchain technology and financial compliance systems at the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange.
• You will design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant user verification workflows across global jurisdictions.
• As part of Binance’s global engineering team, you will collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to build robust APIs and microservices that power identity verification, document processing, and risk assessment systems.
• You will contribute to mission-critical infrastructure that safeguards user funds and enables regulatory compliance, while gaining deep exposure to Web3 technologies, distributed systems, and high-throughput financial platforms.
• This role offers accelerated learning in backend engineering within a fast-paced, innovative environment, with mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to real-world blockchain use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology or financial compliance (KYC/AML) is a plus
