📋 Description

• Review and process bind requests to ensure timely and accurate handling of transportation insurance bindings
• Validate application data against carrier system entries and update information to maintain accuracy and completeness
• Bind coverage within carrier platforms in strict accordance with underwriting direction and carrier-specific guidelines
• Complete all required filings and documentation as part of the binding process to ensure regulatory compliance
• Verify that all binding documentation meets internal quality standards and external compliance requirements
• Partner with underwriters, retail agents, and carrier representatives to facilitate smooth binding activities and resolve operational issues
• Respond to inquiries regarding binding status, documentation requirements, and data discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders to prevent delays in policy issuance
• Manage assigned bind request workload to meet established service level expectations and turnaround time targets
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, carrier guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements in all binding activities
• Identify inconsistencies or data errors in binding submissions and take corrective actions to maintain data integrity
• Support the implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members on binding workflows, systems, and compliance protocols
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize processes and improve cross-functional operational performance
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to elevate overall team productivity and quality of output
• Maintain high levels of attention to detail and quality control in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when managing escalated or complex binding tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote to manage documentation, communication, and data tracking
• Uphold accountability and ownership for assigned tasks and outcomes in alignment with company values

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role
• Exposure to transportation insurance or the ability to quickly learn transportation-specific workflows
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality control
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalated or complex tasks
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
