📋 Description
- • Design advanced biology problems that challenge frontier AI systems with deterministic tasks requiring exactly one verifiable correct answer.
- • Create scientifically authentic problems rooted in molecular biology, genetics, systems biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or related quantitative biology fields.
- • Develop problems that emulate real-world experimental reasoning, biological system analysis, computational workflows, or bioinformatics pipelines.
- • Submit complete, verified solutions for all generated problems, ensuring technical accuracy and reproducibility.
- • Apply Python programming to implement computational components of problems where relevant, including data analysis and algorithmic modeling.
- • Utilize specialized biology or bioinformatics tools as needed to enhance problem authenticity and complexity.
- • Maintain rigorous standards for technical clarity, logical consistency, and scientific validity in all submitted content.
- • Ensure all problems reflect authentic scientific practices and avoid speculative or ambiguous formulations.
- • Collaborate remotely with a distributed team of STEM experts to align problem design with AI training objectives.
- • Deliver high-quality, curated training data used by leading AI labs to improve model reasoning in scientific domains.
- • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables within a 2-month contract period, with potential for extension based on performance.
- • Work part-time at a commitment of 20 hours per week, managing workload independently with minimal supervision.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s or PhD in Biology or a related life sciences field
- • Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative biological analysis
- • Strong Python skills; experience with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows preferred
- • Strong reasoning ability and comfort with multi-step scientific problem solving
- • Ability to create original, difficult problems grounded in real biological practice
- • Clear written English and strong attention to detail
