📋 Description

• Architect the future of Web3 infrastructure: Join InfStones as a Blockchain Solutions Architect and become the technical linchpin who turns ambitious blockchain visions into production-grade reality. You will own the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient node deployments across 80+ blockchains, guiding Fortune-500 enterprises and leading DeFi, NFT, and GameFi builders from whiteboard sketches to fully operational networks.
• Partner with elite sales teams in high-stakes pre-sales cycles. Translate complex customer requirements—ranging from multi-region validator clusters to lightning-fast API gateways—into detailed solution blueprints that demonstrate InfStones’ unique value proposition. You will deliver white-glove technical deep-dives, live demos, and hands-on workshops that shorten sales cycles and win seven-figure deals.
• Master bleeding-edge cloud and blockchain technologies daily. Immerse yourself in the latest innovations across AWS, GCP, Azure, and bare-metal environments; dissect protocol upgrades, hard-forks, and tokenomics changes; and rapidly prototype new architectures that keep InfStones two steps ahead of the market.
• Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering squads. You will distill non-technical wish-lists into precise engineering specs, coordinate with Cloud Infrastructure and Business Development teams to prioritize features, and ensure every solution aligns with InfStones’ roadmap for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-profile, mission-critical incidents. When a top-tier exchange or lending protocol experiences node drift, memory pressure, or consensus faults, you will lead war-room calls, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver post-mortems that prevent recurrence—earning customer trust and protecting millions in daily volume.
• Contribute to open-source communities and shape industry standards. Whether submitting PRs to Ethereum, Cosmos, or Polygon repos, authoring technical blogs, or speaking at global conferences, you will amplify InfStones’ thought-leadership while gathering real-world feedback that feeds back into product innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across the platform. You will codify best practices into Terraform modules, Helm charts, and CI/CD pipelines; mentor junior architects; and champion automation that reduces deployment times from hours to minutes.
• Provide white-glove support for strategic customers’ operational issues. Own escalations end-to-end, craft runbooks, and build self-service tooling that empowers clients to monitor, scale, and upgrade their infrastructure autonomously.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years designing and delivering PaaS or IaaS solutions in customer-facing, technical architecture, or consulting roles
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages and deep familiarity with Linux command-line environments
• Production experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including compute, networking, storage, and IAM
• Solid grasp of encryption/decryption technologies (TLS, symmetric/asymmetric keys, HSMs, KMS) and security best practices
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences
• Nice-to-have: working knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms, tokenomics, and node operations; container and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with Agile tools and CRM platforms
