- • The Bodily Injury Adjuster - Litigation role at Allstate involves investigating automobile accidents with bodily injury and property damage where attorney or litigation is involved, primarily handling claims in California and Northern West Coast states.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing coverage, liability, and damages; communicating with customers and attorneys via phone, email, and text; negotiating fair injury settlements; and using innovative tools and platforms to manage claims efficiently while working remotely.
- • The role is part of Allstate’s Claims team, which has a long-standing commitment to protecting families and advancing safety innovations, from seat belts to telematics and identity protection.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in claims investigation, negotiation, and documentation while gaining experience with industry-leading tools and processes, all supported by ongoing training and career development opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of litigation third-party casualty claim handling experience required
- • California and/or West Coast states casualty claim handling experience preferred
- • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately
- • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently
- • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
- • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully
