📋 Description
- • As a Bolti munkatárs (Store Associate) at Wolt Market Lehel, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced, 24/7 convenience market that serves the local community by fulfilling online orders and maintaining store standards.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include accepting orders via the Wolt app, processing incoming goods, preparing and packaging customer orders for handoff to couriers or direct pickup, updating internal inventory systems, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and contributing to continuous improvements in store operations.
- • You will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team at Wolt, a global delivery platform now part of DoorDash, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, where innovation, ownership, and speed are valued, and employees are encouraged to grow quickly while taking on real responsibility.
- • In this role, you will develop practical retail and logistics skills, strengthen your ability to multitask and adapt in a high-tempo environment, gain experience in inventory management and customer service, and grow your confidence in a supportive yet challenging startup-like culture that rewards initiative and accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proactive mindset with a service-oriented attitude and ability to work independently
- • Fluency in Hungarian (spoken and written)
- • Basic proficiency in English
- • Willingness to work day, evening, and night shifts (Wolt Market Lehel operates 24/7, every day of the week)
- • Prior experience in retail or warehouse settings is a plus but not required
- • Strong learning agility and multitasking ability in a fast-changing environment
