This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly contribute to our continued growth and financial integrity.
  • • As our Bookkeeper, you will be the cornerstone of our day-to-day financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be the accurate and timely management of all bookkeeping tasks. This includes meticulously handling daily transactions within QuickBooks Online, ensuring every entry is precise and properly categorized. You will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our diverse portfolio of projects, properties, and legal entities.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve overseeing the entire accounts payable process. This means managing vendor payments, processing invoices with efficiency, and diligently tracking expenses. Your keen eye for detail will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and correct allocation of all expenditures, which is crucial for our financial reporting and operational planning.
  • • You will be tasked with pulling, preparing, and reconciling a variety of financial data. This includes generating revenue reports from AppFolio, our property management system, and integrating data from other relevant platforms. Your ability to meticulously reconcile these figures will provide leadership with a clear and accurate financial picture.
  • • Supporting monthly reconciliations for leadership is a key aspect of this position. You will work closely with senior management to ensure all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. This proactive approach to reconciliation is vital for maintaining financial control and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a supporting role in quarterly financial reporting. This involves preparing and organizing data to assist management and external stakeholders, such as auditors or investors, in understanding our financial performance. Your contribution will ensure that our reporting is accurate, comprehensive, and meets all necessary compliance standards.
  • • Beyond core bookkeeping duties, this role offers the opportunity to support our operations and administrative teams with essential administrative tasks. This might include filing, coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and other ad-hoc duties that contribute to the smooth running of the business.
